When building my recovery plan, a big part of that was also figuring out what recipes would help me still enjoy great foods while sticking to a gluten-free, vegan diet.
I've also included some of the AIP-friendly recipes I found that I loved -- especially for that period of time you're in the early trenches of your elimination diet and restricting quite a bit.
